1. What type of wood do you use?

We generally use a mix of Western Red Cedar and Fir.

Upgrading to 100% Western Red Cedar is an option.


2. Do you seal or stain the structures?

We usually leave this part up to the new owner, however for a small fee we can apply the first coat of sealer to the structure. It is up to the new owner to take care of it after that.


3. How long does it take to assemble my structure?

Most structures are complete in one day, however larger structures may take more time depending on the size, accessories, and occasionally weather conditions.


4. From order to install, how long do I have to wait?

Once we decide on a style and accessories, installation scheduling is usually 2-3 weeks out.


5. How is the structure secured to the ground?

The structure itself sits on top of the ground and may be staked down for added support. The swing portions are ALWAYS staked into the ground.


6. What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.


7. Do I have to pay up front?

We ask for 50% with the order and the balance on the day of install.
